During my years working at a conventional vet practice I would often hit the same dead ends you have.

After diving into integrative medicine and holistic medicine 15 years ago I’ve continually experienced results that feel miraculous to me. 
 
Case after case came to me from a pomeranian with Cushing’s disease to a Goldendoodle with a rare blood cancer (hemangiosarcoma), to a yorkie who was paralyzed on one side of his body… 
 
All conditions that are considered incurable in conventional veterinary medicine.

Her health struggle: Cushing’s disease.

We then added dandelion root and milk thistle for liver support, along with a heart supplement. She received nano light therapy and ozone therapy and we also gave her a few aquapuncture therapy sessions with B12. And a couple months later when we tested her again, Chanel no longer had Cushing’s disease.

Her health struggle: She had metastatic cancer that was considered aggressive.

I also know the realities of veterinary medicine. In other practices, I’d often have only minutes with each patient, unable to fully show up for each family.

 

It’s why I ultimately created my own practice—a place where “healing” is at the core of everything we do, for both people and pets.

 

Along this journey, I realized that true, integrative care requires more time, attention, and an individualized approach.

 

To support a pet fully, we need to go beyond symptoms and dive much deeper - into nutrition, lifestyle, emotional balance, and preventive testing.

 

We need to find just the right care for each pet and their family.

 

But more than anything, it requires time.

 

My vision is to slow down even more, creating space to make a deeper impact.

 

In the future, this might mean stepping away from appointments to advocate for this kind of care, training other veterinarians to embrace it, and building a community of like-minded professionals.

 

Though I don’t see myself ever leaving patient care entirely, my availability will gradually become more limited and I'll only be seeing my concierge clients.

My pet has a more serious health struggle–what will I ACTUALLY pay every month beyond the membership fee?

 

I created these tiers because I wanted to cover all the foundational bases–as many exams as you need, testing to see where your pets at, and therapies like weekly ozone therapy and acupuncture that every pet can benefit from. 
 
And I also know that if you have a chronically ill pet or a pet going through a cancer journey, you’re going to need extra supportive therapies that are really specific to what your pet is going through.

How many concierge spots are available?

 

I'm only taking on 10-15 concierge members right now so that I can give them and their pets all the love and attention they need.

Not an existing client?

 

If you're not an existing client, you'll need to go through the new client process to see if we're a good fit for each other.

This involves filling out the new client form and telling us all about your furbaby, paying a once-off fee for your first consultation to see Dr. Lily in person or on a telehealth consult.

And after your first visit, Dr. Lily will let you know if you've been accepted into the Concierge Membership.

What happens after I purchase?

 

After you click the button and secure your spot our team member will follow up to help you get enrolled in our Concierge membership. It is a 6 month commitment. 

You'll also receive a welcome email with an invite to join our members only WhatsApp group (we can help you set this up if you don't have WhatsApp already). 

Then we'll reach out to you to set up your weekly appointments as a Concierge Member. 

 The Concierge Membership will officially begin on January 13th 2025. 

 And I’ll be hosting a welcome party via Zoom on January 18th at 9am PST. It’s a chance for you all to get to know each other–and of course introduce your pets!

Signing up for the Concierge Membership guarantees you access to Dr. Lily. 

And the reason there is a 6 month minimum is because Dr. Lily is blocking off her calendar to be available for you.  And our Integrative Pet Wellness Center team blocks off time for your pets' weekly health treatments such as the ozone treatment (all members), and weekly acupuncture sessions (gold and diamond members). 

As you know your pets are a part of our family, and we care deeply about each and every one!

We encourage you to make full use of the services offered to Concierge Members. 

You can book a weekly check-in with Dr. Lily, come in for weekly preventative acupuncture (gold and diamond members) and pop in for weekly ozone treatments (all members).

This isn’t just about having the practice on speed dial in case your pet gets sick, it’s about having Dr. Lily and the team helping to prevent your pet from getting sick. 

And if your pet is unwell or has an accident, having access to a world class integrative vet can make all the difference.
